     I began using this product as soon as I received it, after all who doesn't want a clean colon?  Okay, not knowing exactly what that meant for me, I started taking this product twice a day and have taken it for approximately 6 days.

     The only difference that I have noticed is that I do not seem to be making as many trips to the bathroom as usual and I have experienced a marked increase in gas and a feeling of being bloated.

     Since I really am unsure as to what this product does, I have to assume one of two things:  I either already have a fairly clean colon, or this product has not really worked for me.

     Other reviews have mentioned urgent bathroom trips, which I did not experience, as well as an effect similar to using a fiber supplement.  If anything I found that I have experienced more constipation than usual and, as previously stated, more gas.

     I purchased this product through Tomoson for a discounted price and this is my completely honest opinion.

Best Compression Comfort Tennis Elbow System

This review is for Best Compression Tennis Elbow System Includes: (1) Copper Compression Elbow Sleeve and (1) Tennis Elbow Brace. Forearm brace, strap with pad.

     I have had issues for several years with elbow pain, diagnosed by a physician as tennis elbow.  I regularly use a "brace" provided by the doctor's office as well as periodic use of a Copper Fit sleeve.  Both of which provide some relief.  I have limited strength as well as range of motion.

     I decided to try this Tennis Elbow System to see if there was any improvement in my symptoms.

     When ordering you can choose Small, Medium, or Large for the compression sleeve.  Following the directions below measuring my upper arm at 13", I chose a large sleeve. 


     When I received the Compression Tennis Elbow System I put it on right away.  I noticed that the sleeve was pretty tight but I wanted good compression, so I proceeded.  
     

     At the upper arm inside of the sleeve there are some gel-like wavy stitching that I assume would be to prevent the sleeve from slipping.

     I wore the system for approximately 2 hours.  Unfortunately the sleeve was so tight that I experienced some tingling in my fingers and slight pain when attempting to bend my arm.  

     I do not have huge arms but the compression of this large sleeve is much more than expected.  When I removed the sleeve, evidence of extreme compression was visible on my entire arm.

       

     The Tennis Elbow Brace works almost as well as the one I received from my doctor.  The only real difference in this one is that the pad inside is much softer and more of a gel than the hard foam one I was given at the doctor's office.

     When you decide to order this, please be aware that the sizes of the sleeve are quite small, obviously to give adequate compression, but may be too small for someone with bigger arms.

5000 sqft 5 in 1 Pest Repellent

This review is for the 5000 sq ft 5 in 1 Pest Repellent

     I want to preface this review with a little bit of history.  Nearly a year ago our basement went from a dark storage room with all kinds of bugs and spiders, you would normally find in an unfinished basement, to a brand new finished family room perfect for watching TV and relaxing.  Having moved all of the boxes, bikes, and general stuff out I had hoped the creepy crawlies would be gone as well.  This has not been the case.  There have been numerous spiders, crickets, and other bugs that still frequent the room I now spend a great deal of time in.  What to do?

     I began searching for ways to rid myself of these pests without the need to use the strong smelling horrible chemicals normally used to get rid of pests.  I tried placing cotton balls with peppermint oil all around, using insect repelling plants, and even resorted to placing sticky traps all around to catch the offending insects.  With the exception of the sticky traps, none of the methods were even remotely successful.

     I was very excited to try the 5000 sq ft 5 in 1 Pest Repellent because it was advertised to drive away insects instantly.  

     This unit claims to use electromagnetic, ultrasonic, and ionic waves to repel all types of pests, from mice and other rodents to ants, spiders, and other bugs.  There are 2 colors available, black and white.  I chose the white unit.  I felt this might be the answer for me as it also has an air purifier, built in night light with a sensor, and a side plug so you don't lose access to a plug in by using the unit.

     I began using this unit right away, placing it within a few feet of a spider that had made its home in a corner of my basement.  The lights on the front of the unit cycle on and off with the different waves intended to drive away the pests.  The spider was not affected by this unit so I placed the unit directly facing it and waited...

     After 3 days the spider still remained and did not appear to be suffering in any way from the waves being directed at it.  

     I cannot comment on the ability of the unit as an air purifier because there really isn't a way for me to test that aspect.

     The night light feature works very well and is highly sensitive to light.  It glows a pretty blue and gives marginal assistance seeing in the dark.

     It is very helpful that the unit has a built-in plug but I did not use this aspect because my unit was broken and may not be strong enough to have something plugged in.

  When I initially removed the unit from the box the cover was not attached to the back and there were some broken pieces of plastic that fell out.  The unit is held together with 4 screws, all of which on my unit were broken.  I decided to glue together the unit and use a rubber band to hold it together since it still seemed to function in its damaged condition.  The company did offer to send a replacement but having had no success in repelling the spiders, I politely declined their offer.

     I have moved the unit to another, more open, area of my home and hope that it may have some effect on the insects that make their way into my home, otherwise the blue night light is pretty.

    Made in Ghent, Belgium, these are bite-sized individually wrapped dark chocolate pieces made with 72% cacao.  A a healthy alternative to milk or white chocolate, these pieces do not leave a heavy bitter aftertaste.  

    I personally do not have a taste for dark chocolate but these pieces have a very smooth rich taste.  I do taste a little bitterness but being more used to a sweeter milk chocolate this is to be expected.

    These chocolates can be purchased at Costco and are available in Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Las Vegas, and San Diego.

    These washcloths are 100% all natural bamboo.  They come in a package of 6 and in neutral colors, with this package I prefer the yellow.  They can be had washed or tossed into the machine with your regular laundry. 

    First of all I would like to say that these washcloths are meant for a baby’s delicate skin.  I wanted to use them for myself because I have always had issues with washcloths being too rough for the skin on my face.  After washing with a normal washcloth my face would feel raw, almost like it had been sunburned.

    These washcloths are so soft that they almost feel like they aren't even there.  The texture feels silky smooth.  They absorb water very easily so you don't have to work at getting them wet. 

    After use I hang mine to dry and the next time I use them they are just as soft if not softer than they were the last time.

    I will never use another washcloth on my face, I am a fan for life!  I received this product at a discount and this is my honest unbiased review.

I started using this eye gel twice a day approximately 1 week ago.  In the past I have tried many eye creams, wrinkle reducers, serums, etc. and still have a bunch of partially used products that left me rather disappointed in their results.    


First of all I would like to say that I really like the dispensing option this product has.  I don’t have to stick my fingers into the jar and can dispense just the right amount for a single use.

I think it was probably day 4 or 5 when I started to notice a slight decrease in the fine lines I have around my eyes.  I am including a couple of before and “during” pictures to show the slight difference I have seen.  I hope you can see the difference.

BEST Eye Cream

Garshana Gloves 100% Raw Silk - Dry Brush for Body & Face INSTRUCTIONAL DIAGRAM INCLUDED

    I am writing this review from the perspective of someone that, prior to using this product, had absolutely no knowledge of Garshana (Gar-shawn), the practice of dry skin brushing and massage performed by using raw silk gloves.  This product is 100% raw silk Garshana Gloves by Healm. 

    
Being very skeptical but having an open mind about the process I began using the gloves right away.  I found the gloves a bit awkward feeling, kind of like wearing mittens with a separate index finger.  One of the gloves index finger opening was quite a bit tighter than the other but I was able use them with no issues.  They are a natural color, smooth to the touch and have no odor to them.  I watched a few online videos to make sure I was performing the actions correctly.

    The process is performed in the morning prior to showering.  There is a diagram included with these gloves demonstrating how the brushing / massage should take place.  The result is supposed to be clearer, more toned, healthier appearing skin as well as a release of toxins in the body, reduction in the appearance of cellulite and enhanced blood circulation.

     

    I am unsure if my skin seems more radiant and more smooth as a result of using this product or because I have actually been paying more attention to my skin.  Regardless of which it is I do feel a difference in the texture and appearance of my skin.  My skin appears shiny and soft.  I received this product at no cost and this is my honest unbiased review.
